1ST PLACE IN THE RATING OF THE UNIFIED DATABASE OF PROPERTY DEVELOPERS

IN DECEMBER MANTERA SEAVIEW RESIDENCE PROJECT TOPPED THE RATING OF NEW HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS WITH APARTMENTS IN KRASNODAR KRAI, ACCORDING TO THE UNIFIED DATABASE OF PROPERTY DEVELOPERS

The first place was assigned on the basis of customer preference evaluation, which includes more than 133 parameters such as safety, architecture and facades, energy efficiency, customer service, engineering systems, and courtyard space. The new assessment methodology allows to compare residential complexes under construction using all parameters that are important to customers (there are 133 parameters in total, divided into 17 groups. Most of them are included in the Standard for Comprehensive Development of Territories developed by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and by bank DOM.RF.) According to the authors of the methodology, the evaluation of a new housing development nowadays is highly influenced by such parameters as comprehensive construction solutions (the more options they include, the better), medium-rise construction, housing density (the lower it is, the better), and the share of green spaces (the more greenery there is, the better).
