A new 5-hectare tourist area to appear in the south of Russia
The construction of a large-scale public space, which will include a landscape park, a pedestrian alley and public and corporate facilities with a total area of over 5 hectares, will be completed in Sochi in June 2024. More than 3 million people will be able to visit the new recreation area during the holiday season. The project was implemented by FIVE, a resort real estate developer.
Tourist and recreational cluster with public and corporate facilities will be created in the Sirius Federal Territory. The construction of a panoramic public park with creative zoning, located in the coastal area, is scheduled to be completed in June 2024. It will include sport grounds and children’s playgrounds, a jungle, Japanese and formal gardens, amphitheaters, recreation areas and swings with panoramic views of the Black Sea. There are also 11 km of linear and circular bike paths, jogging tracks and yoga areas.
Next to the park there is an alley with two creative and leisure centers, a multidisciplinary public clinic and a convention center as part of the deluxe MANTERA Seaview residence project.
Near the pedestrian alley connecting Olympic Avenue with Imeretinskaya Seafront, there are two creative leisure centers for children and adults, as well as a two-story clinic with 30 specialized rooms. The treatment, diagnostic and rehabilitation blocks of the medical institution are functionally separated. They have modern equipment from leading global manufacturers allowing to provide services in 38 areas. Here residents will be able to receive qualified assistance from specialists, including under the compulsory medical insurance. The clinic is designed for 350 visits per shift.
In the business part of the public space there will be a multipurpose convention center with a capacity of 1,200 people. The transformable halls of the congress site have modern video and audio equipment for holding congresses, summits, events at the international and federal level, as well as closed negotiations and business meetings. There is a hall for ceremonies and receptions with a capacity of up to 100 people. Access to the site will be from the residential complex and the hotel. The convention center will provide jobs for about 200 people.

This will have a positive impact on the economy of the territory. The public facilities will fill the need for medical, park and leisure facilities. The total investment in the project amounted to 3.5 billion rubles."
