A win at the Green Property Awards-2023

The flagship project of the FIVE company - MATERA Seaview residence - has won the Green Property Awards 2023!

For the second year in a row, the elite complex became the best in the “greenest” award in Russia. Last year, it won in the “Project of the Future – Multifunctional Complex” category. In 2023, the project was named the winner in the “Resort Real Estate” category!

The Green Property Awards is the country's first awards recognising the best real estate in Russia with the most technologically advanced characteristics, buildings that combine all the requirements that meet high standards of energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and durability for users, as well as the best companies working with green facilities.
