LUXURY REAL ESTATE BUYERS PREFER SOCHI TO DUBAI

According to a research conducted by analysts of the MANTERA Seaview residence project using Yandex Wordstat and Google Trends tools, users submit search queries for luxury real estate in Sochi 5 times more frequently than queries for similar properties in Dubai (UAE).

An analysis of search queries regarding purchasing luxury real estate in Sochi and Dubai carried out with the help of Yandex Wordstat revealed that from January to June 2022 queries regarding purchasing luxury real estate in Sochi were submitted 1442 times through Yandex search engine, while queries concerning Dubai amounted to 296. At the same time, 204 queries about buying luxury real estate in Sochi and 39 queries concerning Dubai were made in Google. On the whole, the study of search queries regarding buying apartments in Sochi and Dubai confirmed the tendency of Russians towards purchasing real estate in Sochi.
