As of April 2022, the best-selling apartments in the luxury complex MANTERA Seaview residence are those intended for families with children: 40% of buyers selected one-bedroom apartments with an average area of 64,6 square meters. Two-bedroom apartments with an average area of 90,2 square meters are in second place (they account for 28%).
