Developer FIVE creates the Musical Garden in Sirius

On 1 June, the largest subtropical park in Russia, called the Musical Garden, opened near the MANTERA Seaview residence complex. It was created by FIVE, a resort real estate developer.

The park is located on an area of 3.2 hectares and includes a variety of spaces for spending time. Panoramic recreation areas, formal and Japanese gardens, jungle, sports and children's playgrounds are available to all guests and residents of the resort. On the opening day, the new landscape park received more than 3 thousand guests.

To emphasize the multifunctional component of the public area, more than 30 facilities for sports, recreation and creativity were built there, taking into account the characteristics of the southern climate. The project provides facilities designed not only to decorate the project area, but also to perform a protective function in the conditions of coastal winds, hot climates and active sunlight.

The Musical Garden is divided into functional zones to implement various scenarios for resort recreation and active leisure. They include Japanese and formal gardens with benches, sculptural compositions made of stones and relaxation areas, a concert venue with an amphitheater and spectator seats on the lawn, a coastal area with panoramic locations for recreation, children's and sports grounds spread over 4,300 sq. m. The park took notice of the pet-friendly culture, creating a comfortable environment for pets. Thus, drinking fountains with bowls for animals were installed on the territory.

To create intimate locations, protected from wind and sun, an original landscaping project is provided for on an area of 11,000 sq. m. More than 100 types of plants of different heights provide a sense of privacy and protection from direct sunlight. Built-in geoplastic elements in the form of hills up to 3 meters not only create additional viewing points on the panorama of the sea coast, but also dissipate wind flows. The project was implemented based on the concept of an accessible environment with opportunities for a comfortable stay for people with restricted mobility.

Alexander Saurin, CEO of FIVE, a resort real estate developer: “Today Sirius is one of the most popular tourist destinations for Russians. To diversify the recreation facilities, we created a music park, which became part of a large-scale tourist and recreational cluster, which also included an alley with leisure centers and a clinic connecting the Olympic Avenue with the seafront, and a convention center in our MANTERA Seaview residence project. The new public space complements the opportunities available in Sirius for creativity, creative leisure and comfortable pastime.”

During the 2024 summer tourist season alone, more than 3 million people will be able to visit the music park and seafront. The high flow of guests is not surprising - today 64% of all travel bookings are made specifically to the Krasnodar Region.
