Progress of construction works at Mantera Seaview residence

Overall readiness of the MANTERA Seaview residence complex is 58,5%

Shell and core fit out is being carried out in the buildings of the residences.
Walls and partition walls are 77% complete. 49% of the facade has been insulated. Installations are 81% complete.
Roofs, walls and utility services are being installed in the buildings of urban villas.
The roof of the five-star hotel building is being constructed.
Glazing is 77% complete, utility services in the building are 59% ready.
Construction workers are erecting walls and partition walls in the conference hall.
At the same time, outdoor pools on the grounds of the complex are being constructed.
The building process involves more than 900 people and 30 special construction machines.
