57% of walls and partition walls have been laid.
54% of the facade has been insulated.
The roof of apartments is 81% ready.
Utility services are 73% complete.
66% of shell and core fit out is ready, and final finishing is already being carried out.
The glazing of the five-star hotel building is 75% ready.
The roof of the hotel is 53% ready, while utility services are 50% complete.
At the same time, the construction of urban villas is in progress, and walls and partition walls are being raised.
67% of offsite facilities are ready.
The construction involves more than 800 people and 15 special construction machines.
