First place in the Russian Federation

MANTERA Seaview residence has taken the first place in Top Residential Complexes, a monthly rating of the UDR (Unified Developers' Resource), for September.

For seven months already, our project has been first in the No. 1 in the Russian Federation, Mid-Rise Buildings, Elite Class category.

The rating evaluates the consumer characteristics of a real estate property, including safety, architecture, energy efficiency, customer service, engineering systems, and yard space. Most of the parameters take into account the Territory Integrated Development Standard developed by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and DOM.RF.  

MANTERA Seaview residence is being implemented within the framework of Federal Law 214 “On Participation in Shared Construction...” using escrow accounts and project financing with the support of Bank DOM.RF.
