Leader in the rating of the Unified Developers' Resource (UDR).

We are proud that our project has been topping the Top Residential Complexes monthly rating by the Unified Developers' Resource (UDR).

In July, the deluxe-class complex is No. 1 the Mid-Rise Buildings, Elite Class in the Russian Federation category, in the Mid-Rise Buildings, Elite Class in the Krasnodar Region category. The rating evaluates the consumer characteristics of a property, including security, architecture, energy efficiency, customer service, engineering systems, and yard space. Most of the parameters take into account the "Standard for the integrated development of territories" developed by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and DOM.RF.
