MANTERA complex wins TOP RC competition
The MANTERA project has become a winner of the summer round of the TOP RC federal urban development competition organised by the Unified Developers' Resource. The complex took home two awards - one for best area landscaping and landscape design, and one for best public space arrangement by developer.
The MANTERA project is implemented following the concept of a sustainable green space. The private territory of 6 hectares contains 3 landscaped hectares, including 15 thousand subtropical plants such as bamboo, palms, eucalyptus, azaleas, magnolias and other plants.
In 2024, FIVE, a property developer, created around the complex a public space with an area of 51,000 sq. m., including a pedestrian alley with public facilities and the Musical Garden landscape park, which presents 30,000 different plants.
The award ceremony for the winners of the TOP RC competition took place at the VII Digitalisation in Development. Marketing, Sales Stage conference. 564 applications in 20 categories were received for the competition, representing 282 residential complexes from 149 property developers from 54 regions of Russia.
