MANTERA Seaview residence becomes Best Facility of the Year
MANTERA Seaview residence has won the highest award at the Urban Awards, federal awards. The award ceremony was held on 20 June as part of the Movement real estate forum, taking place in Sochi from 18 to 21 June.
The deluxe complex received the Grand Prix as the best facility of the year! This award is given to the best market projects that have reached the Urban finals in two or more categories. MANTERA Seaview residence became a finalist in the following categories: “Most Investment-Attractive Project”, “Comfortable Living Space of the Year”, “Best Regional Elite-Class Complex”.
To be selected for the Grand Prix nomination, MANTERA Seaview residence underwent a complex multi-stage selection process, including a vote by real estate market professionals during the award ceremony.
The Urban Awards were created to determine the achievements of Russian real estate. The laureates receive the Best Facility of the Year status, confirming compliance with the most stringent quality standards!
