MANTERA Seaview residence is the No. 1 complex in the Russian Federation

The MATERA Seaview residence project has topped the “TOP residential complexes” all-Russian rating (UDR) for March 2024 in four positions at once.

- No. 1 in Sirius, Krasnodar Region;
- No. 1 in the Krasnodar Region in the “Elite Complex” category;
- No. 1 in the Krasnodar Region in the “Mid-Rise Buildings, Elite Class” category;
- No. 1 in the Russian Federation in the “Mid-Rise Buildings, Elite Class” category.

The UDR rating is an indicator of the high efficiency of the property developer’s work and an independent assessment of the property according to the most important consumer characteristics.
