MATERA Seaview residence resumes sales and receives status of large-scale investment project.
MANTERA Seaview residence, the flagship project of FIVE, a property developer, has received the status of a large-scale investment project implemented in the Sirius Federal Territory. Social and public facilities provided for by the complex project - a park embankment, leisure centres, a clinic, a convention centre for 1,200 people, a 5* hotel with 400 rooms - will become one of the main elements of the tourist facilities of Sochi in the year when the 10th anniversary of the Olympic Games is celebrated. Sales of residences have also resumed in the complex. The opening of MATERA Seaview residence will take place this year. Currently, the facility is almost complete. The project is being implemented with the involvement of project financing from the DOM.RF Bank within the framework of 214-FZ “On participation in shared construction...".
