A new public space will be created in the coastal cluster of Sochi this June. The technology has been implemented in MATERA Seaview residence, a premium residential project, by FIVE, a resort real estate developer. “In the future, such an approach to recreating the marine ecosystem on the coast can stimulate resort development by reducing the facility construction time and speeding up their commissioning,” notes Alexander Saurin, CEO of FIVE, a property development company.

A pilot project for Russia has been implemented in Sochi during the construction of the Mantera Seaview residence complex (part of the Mantera Group) to recreate the marine ecosystem on the coast in Sochi.
