There will be a public space around MANTERA Seaview residence
FIVE, a property development company, starts to develop a new public cluster in the Sirius Federal Territory, around MANTERA Seaview residence, a deluxe-class complex, which will include an open-to-public city park and an alley with public facilities - two multipurpose leisure centres and a polyclinic.
The park will be laid out from the waterfront. The leisure and art centres, the polyclinic will be located in already constructed buildings along the promenade connecting Olympic Avenue with the coast. The alley with public facilities and the city park will be separated from the territory of MANTERA Seaview residence. The decision to create the new public spaces near MANTERA Seaview residence was made based on the results of the public hearings that took place in the Sirius Federal Territory.
Work on the creation of the public cluster is an indicator of the social responsibility of FIVE.
